CIOL is delighted to welcome Professor Dorothy Kenny, Head of the School of Applied Language and Intercultural Studies at Dublin City University, to deliver this year’s Threlford Lecture.
In her lecture A Critique of Contemporary Translation Technology, Professor Kenny investigates how technology has impinged more and more on translation and interpreting over the last two decades. With her engaging style and enthusiasm for her subject, Dorothy offers an entertaining as well as informative afternoon.
